Training
Rest day. Really, really need to do some chores: grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry.
Food
Hmmph. Yesterday was a less-than-stellar food day because I was out and about all day – but the day was really great and valuable in other ways, so there you have it. I ate, in no particular order: curry chicken salad from Whole Foods, a tossed salad with EVOO and balsamic vinegar, half a Larabar (banana bread), gyro meat slices wrapped in lettuce leaves, salad with avocado and grilled steak, popcorn (!).
Sleep
Terrible. Tossed and turned and mulled and thought almost all night. If I had to guess? Four hours of sleep. Meh. At least it's Sunday, and I can take a nap... when my chores are done, of course.
