I decided this morning that due to soreness, tiredness, PMS, and a desire to la-la-la in bed with a book that tomorrow would be an excellent opportunity to take a rest day. Then I saw this.
Now I'm torn. Box jumps, kettlebell swings, and double-unders? Or Dick Francis, A/C, and Smudge?

Yikes! Moto times 10 or what! Love it ... thanks for this post: my routine is nowhere near as, um, challenging, but it's my deal, and this made me WANT to do it! (Are we ever going to have another Smupdate?)

Not being a smart ass; I'm really curious. 'Cause CrossFit is one of the best things you could do for yourself.
