This Is Progress?

My hat's off to Food Renegade again this week. I thoroughly enjoyed this post about a vintage book called Graded Lessons in Physiology and Hygiene (where "thoroughly enjoyed" means I was transformed into a sputtering fist of rage by the current state of our food supply).
