Almost every day, between breakfast and lunch, I eat the following at my desk:


I just realized that many of the keys on my keyboard – especially the T and the F – have taken on a red-pepper-like hue, and there seem to be cucumber seeds stuck between the 2nd and 3rd row of keys.
Let this be a lesson to you: Type and snack at your own risk.

1/2 cucumber
1c. roasted beets
1c. roasted brussel sprouts and onions
1c. cauliflower soup
1c. asparagus and mushrooms
I usually have 2 pieces of fruit, but I still felt gross(see below) so I skipped it.
8.5 hours (interupted) sleep the last 2 nights!
I had my first treat on wed. after 3 weeks/9lbs strict paleo.
1c.of smores ben and jerrys with that crackly chocolate sauce. Yum, I enjoyed every bite, but now I visualize dairy as glue in my belly. I felt hungover for 2 days.
I love paleo.
