UNPLANNED REST DAY
Oh, man! It was one of those nights. Pillow flipping, blanket on, blanket off, arm overhead, arms folded in, on my side, on my back, on my other side... from about 9:30 p.m. until 1:30 a.m. I tossed, turned, harumphed, and wimpered. TV on, TV off, through four and a half episodes of "Murder She Wrote" until I finally drifted off into a fitful sleep until 4:45 a.m. when I woke up to pee and realized I was scheduled to be dressed in 15 minutes to get my fanny to CrossFit Women. FAIL.
I turned off the alarm and coaxed myself back to sleep until 6:30, when I started fretting about work, or more accurately, all the work-related things I'd intended to do over the weekend and had not. FAIL.
Sleep: 8 hours. Went to bed early, but couldn't sleep until close to my previously normal bedtime. :( I vaguely recall a middle-of-the-night wakeup by one of my kids as well.

Workout
REALLY slow kickboxing without moving much. Finally got back to trying sprints after the quad issue and now the knee doesn't want to play nice.
Finally back to eating okay, hopefully everything else will fall into place.
