The skinny

So... the CrossFit Women's Challenge was Saturday morning, and I have a big ol' post all about it coming later today. Two key headlines:

"It was fun!"

"I am sore!"
SORE! So sore! Like someone pounded every inch of my body with a meat tenderizer. LOVE IT!

  6. So wait...does that mean I can make a balanced meal out of french fries and ice cream? ;)

I know what my first treat meal after the 30 days is going to be! lol

Haven't been doing too hot on the variety of veggies front since I gave up legumes and nighshades for my challenge. I did get some spinach in my omelet yesterday (with cheese, AGH!) and nommed on an awesome jicama salad that Bar Belle (one of the Rec-leaguers) made at our final scrimmage's after party. And lots of cucumbers and watermelon. I had a banana before scrimmage, too. So, I'm about 50/50 fruit and veggies at the moment.

I need to plan better when I grocery shop!
