Not in Austin? Here's the workout. Feel free to play along at home!
50 consecutive reps of each:
box jumps
pushups
DB or KB swings
walking lunges
dips
DB or KB push press
superman
burpees
elbow-to-knees
double-unders
The last time I did this workout was at a Crystal Bootcamp, and it took me 27 minutes. Whew!
Feel free to switch up the order of the exercises, and if you don't have a bar for the knees-to-elbows, you can do them in the pushup position instead... or replace them with mountain climbers. See? There's a beautiful gift of CrossFit scaling and substitution for you. Don'tcha just love the holidays?!

ReplyDeleteI forgot about doing it at bootcamp last year! Thanks for the reminder...now I remember how brutal it was. This is gonna be the best way to start off Christmas!! And no time cutoff, I'm going to finish this monster this go round.
