I really, really like to snuggle Smudge. She's put on a little weight, and it's made her extra-squeezable. Our interactions often look like this image of Pepe le Pew, where I'm the offending skunk and she's the poor, struggling kitty trying to escape my affection. "Why don't you love me?" I cry as she strains to get away.
But sometimes, she becomes a snuggle bug, and I get something like this:
I was her personal divan for about 45 minutes last night. Heavenly.
And for the record, this is the softest spot on planet Earth... maybe in the universe.

Redonk cuteness all over the place! I love how cozy you both are. I pull Pepe Le Peus all the time with Hobie. And like Smudge, he always tries to flee. So tranq him. Kidding!!
ReplyDeleteLove the cartoon! Lucy cat is also very pudgy and cuddly. I love her fuzzy belly, but her softest spot is the front of her chest just under her neck. When I'm holding her and she's had enough of me she refuses to look at me, staring over me until I release her.

Lucy cat is SO cute! Love the pic of her attacking the Christmas stocking... and the ultra-close-ups of her nose. She has a really excellent nose.

She is SO cute & pretty - she can get away with anything. I'm pretty sure you can't be a crazy cat lady with only 1 cat, but if you can I'm OK with that. PS - there was catnip in the stocking!
