77.1 degrees + 88% humidity

This morning's Bootcamp was sweat-tastic, and I was still sore from Monday's Hard Eight. My first squat today felt like my quads and hamstrings were being extracted from my legs with a plastic butter knife. But eventually my muscles warmed up, and I muddled through my nemesis exercise: thrusters.
Our workout
21-15-9:
thrusters, 15-lb. dumbbells
renegade rows, 2 pulls each pushup

10-lb. med ball:
15 situps w/ ball
20 walking lunge w/ overhead ball press
15 situps w/ball

3 rounds:
60 Russian twists
10 med ball cleans
run down snake spiral, then sprint up

2 rounds:
45 straight leg crunches
50 mountain climbers
