You know what else isn't funny? This:
NancyI'd never had the pleasure of meeting Nancy before, so I wasn't sure what weight to try. In retrospect, I think I could have gone 50 or 55 lbs., but the 45-lb. bar gave me a workout, especially when I focused on getting low enough on the squat that I hit the "stick" at the bottom.
