Veggies and Sleep and Training, Oh My: 9/14/09 Report

My report from Monday, September 14, 2009, faithfully submitted for your review...
Hrs of sleep:
9

Veggies:
1/2 c sweet potato
1.5 c cabbage
1 cucumber
1 red pepper (raw)
1 carrot (raw)
1 c mushrooms
1.5 c green beans

Fruit:
1 banana
1 c strawberries
1 c strawberries

Training:
Yesterday, I was still feeling like I was clobbered with this:

... so my workout was an easy (not so easy) 2-mile run. Slowly. On the Shoal Creek Trail. With Dave. And no iPod 'cause I forgot it.
The skinny
I think I've been doing a bang-up job getting good sleep and eating like a bunny. But it still feels like a novelty – it's not cemented yet. That means these daily "Veggies and Sleep and Training, Oh My" blog posts are going to continue for another two weeks. Join me!
