Veggies and Sleep and Training, Oh My: 9/17/09 Report

My report from Thursday, September 17, 2009, faithfully submitted for your review... (Read this if you're wondering why I'm posting my veggie list.)

Hrs of sleep:
7.5

Veggies:
2/3 c sweet potato
2 c snow peas
1/2 c green beans
1/2 red pepper
1 carrot
2 c lettuce
1/2 c tomato
1/4 c onion
1 c Brussels sprouts

Fruit:
1/2 banana
1/2 c blueberries
1/2 c strawberries

Training:
CrossFit Women
5 rounds for time:
25 wall ball, 14-lb. ball
25 ring rows

6-lb. ball:
50 Russian twists
50 Med ball situps
The skinny
Um. Ring rows are hard. Wall balls are hard. I'm very frexcited about Fight Gone Bad. That is all.

  2. I am NOT a vegetarian. I am a raging carnivore. But I needed to get more carbohydrates in my diet in the form of vegetables. So until it feels like habit, I'm reporting my veggies intake here. I posted about it here:
