You can do it. I started training at a gym where we used 20 inchers, and now the new gym uses 24. I tire out quicker but the jumps were no problem, mostly mental. (and I'm heavy and short, for what it's worth)
I love watching videos of people doing insane box jumps, and Moody, yours just might be the most insane yet. (To fully divulge my geekdom, I watched this three times, jaw dropped, starry-eyed.)
That is insane!! Love it :-)
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding!? I still do step-ups on the 24"! And, BTW, I don't feel guilty...

Ryan! I'm awestruck. When you can jump 64 inches, will you come to Austin and jump over me?! That would be cool.
ReplyDeleteMelissa,
ReplyDeleteIt's a deal!! I'm orginally from Dallas, so I visit often.
Say hi to everyone at CC from friends at 801.
Thanks again for the props :-D

ReplyDeleteI... have no words. Maybe f'n wicked will do.
ReplyDeleteHow tall is this guy? On screen, he looks insanely LONG!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the comments!!
ReplyDeleteAnniebug, I am 5 foot 9. The box jump is almost 91 percent of my height.
That's incredible...if only I had a couple more inches on me and a little more power in my legs, and then maybe I could be a beastly jumper.
ReplyDelete(smacking my head against palm)..Um why I am having issues with the 20' box? That it! I'm on a mission!
