My Hands are Swell

And by "swell," I mean swellin' up...

I have a line of four tiny blisters on the ring finger of my right hand from this morning's squat cleans. I will spend the rest of the day:
  1. Lancing them with a pin to release the pressure.
  2. Pondering what this crazy 'injury' says about my squat clean grip.
Mmmmm... lancing. May I be the first to say, "Ew."

  1. Oh no! I'm doing this WOD tonight (2.5 hours) and I'm wondering what the rx weight is. I am working with a bum left knee and tears from Monday's pull-ups so a serious strategy is in order.

  2. The RX'd weight was 115. I wrote about it earlier today... I did 75#. Cleans are not my strongest skill.

  3. Ok wait...maybe it's not the same WOD. Ours tonight is 10- rings dips and 1-10 DB cleans.
