It was so much fun, we're doing a total rewind tomorrow – but this time, Dave's tackling the stairs, too, in an AMRAP CrossFit workout that's sure to earn us a big ol' breakfast.
Reverchon Park WorkoutThe steps:
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
- 10 squats
- 10 pushups
- 10 dips
- run up the steps
- 5 burpees on the table
- run down the steps
